pluriSelect—讓陽選后的細(xì)胞與磁珠Say goodbye!

陽選后細(xì)胞攜帶的磁珠也可以去掉，這是個(gè)神馬操作呢？這么好的idea，全血分選當(dāng)然不在話下，并且分選后血小板或紅細(xì)胞的污染非常低，得到的細(xì)胞也可以用于下游另一種細(xì)胞的陽性或陰性富集實(shí)驗(yàn)。可分選的樣本類型也包括 PBMC, Buffy Coat, Cord Blood, Bone Marrow,Primary Cell Solution.
